Verge receives two 2009 MarCom Awards
We are pleased to announce that Verge has received two awards from the Association of Marketing & Communication Professionals (2009 MarCom Awards) for excellence in design.
Our website development work for Dossia received a Platinum Award in the website design category and our branding work for Two Dreams: Outer Banks received a Gold Award in the logo category.
About The MarCom Awards
The MarCom Awards is an international creative competition that recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communication professionals. The MarCom Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. The international organization consists of several thousand creative professionals. The Association oversees awards and recognition programs, provides judges and sets standards for excellence.
Judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. There were almost 5,000 entries from throughout the United States and several foreign countries in the 2009 competition. About 18% of the entries won the Platinum Award, the organization’s top honor.
